NAGA bonus: open your account through our link and make a first deposit into your Real Share account to get one free share worth up to $120 (minimum deposit of $100 in the EU and $50 elsewhere). In the EU, the Autumn promo codes give you 5 to 500 free shares from a $2,500 deposit. Both offers run until November 30, 2026. T&Cs apply.

NAGA runs two free share campaigns at the same time. The first is for new clients with a small deposit, and the second rewards larger deposits with more shares. Neither one asks you to trade, but both lock your shares for a period and limit your withdrawals, so read the conditions below before you deposit.

Which NAGA offer can I get?

Your options depend on where you live and how much you plan to deposit:

Offer Minimum deposit Free shares Promo code Lock-up
Your First Share, EU $100 1 None 45 days
Your First Share, outside the EU $50 1 None 45 days
Autumn Free Shares, EU $2,500 5 to 500 Autumn5 to AUTUMN500 60 days

Outside the EU, the Autumn campaign is limited to existing clients with at least five previous trades, so it isn’t a sign-up offer. New clients outside the EU should look at Your First Share.

“Your First Share, On Us”: one free share

This is the offer that suits most readers. You make your first deposit into your Real Share account and NAGA credits one real, whole share within three business days. It isn’t a fractional share or a cash credit, and you don’t need a promo code.

NAGA free share

The share is drawn at random. NAGA first picks a value tier and then one share within that tier, with the same chance for each share:

Tier Probability Approx. price Possible shares
Low 60% $25 to $66 Pfizer, Infineon, Nike, Bank of America, BASF, General Motors, eBay, Porsche
Medium 25% $60 to $71 Mercedes-Benz, Uber, Coca-Cola, Citigroup, Continental
High 15% $114 to $123 Disney, Intel

Source: NAGA Welcome Free Share terms. Prices are indicative and move with the market. NAGA may change the list of shares.

NAGA advertises the offer as worth up to $120, but 60% of clients land in the low tier, where shares are priced from $25 to $66.

Key conditions

  • Who can claim it: first-time depositors only, with one free share per client.
  • Deposit: $100 or more in the EU and $50 or more elsewhere, into your Real Share account. Deposits into any other account don’t count.
  • Lock-up: 45 days from the date the share is credited. During this time you can see the share but you can’t sell, transfer or withdraw it.
  • Keep your deposit: your deposits minus withdrawals must stay at or above the qualifying amount for the full 45 days. Moving money out of the Real Share account to another NAGA account counts as a withdrawal, and you lose the share if you drop below that amount.
  • Market falls: losses from price moves don’t affect your entitlement. Only withdrawals do.
  • After the lock-up: the share becomes tradable and withdrawable, with no trading requirement.

Autumn Free Shares: 5 to 500 shares from $2,500

This EU campaign is open to new and existing clients. The number of shares depends on your deposit into the Real Share account, and each level has its own promo code:

Deposit Free shares Promo code
$2,500 5 Autumn5
$5,000 10 Autumn10
$10,000 20 Autumn20
$25,000 40 Autumn40
$50,000 75 Autumn75
$100,000 100 Autumn100
Each extra $1,000, up to $400,000 more 1 per $1,000 AUTUMN500

Source: NAGA Autumn Free Shares terms (EU). Checked in November 2026.

Up to $10,000, you need a $500 deposit per share. That rises to $625 at $25,000 and $1,000 at $100,000, so the lower levels give you more shares for each dollar deposited.

Each share comes from a list of 30 companies, including Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Amazon, Tesla and Coca-Cola. Its approximate value depends on a random draw:

Value per share Probability
$25 to $140 28%
$141 to $255 24%
$256 to $370 20%
$371 to $485 16%
$486 to $600 12%

Source: NAGA Autumn Free Shares terms. Values are indicative.

NAGA says these probabilities are no guarantee of the total value you receive, which may differ significantly from any estimate based on this table. Treat the $600 as a ceiling and don’t plan around it.

Key conditions

  • Promo code: enter the code for your level before each deposit. It can’t be added afterwards.
  • Bank transfers: deposit the full amount for your level in a single transfer and include the code.
  • Top-ups: moving to a higher level only pays the difference. If you deposit $2,500 with Autumn5 and another $2,500 with Autumn10, you get 5 more shares, not 10.
  • Limits: up to 500 shares and $500,000 of qualifying deposits per client. Clients who took part in the Spring or Summer campaigns only get the difference.
  • Lock-up: 60 days from the most recent credit. New shares restart the lock-up for all your free shares.
  • Withdrawals: your balance can’t fall below the qualifying deposit because of withdrawals during the lock-up. A withdrawal request that would take you below it cancels all your free shares, even if you later cancel the request. Market losses don’t count.
  • After the lock-up: you can only sell the free shares at NAGA. You can’t transfer them to another broker.
  • Availability: free shares are limited, and NAGA can change or end the campaign.

How do I get my free NAGA share?

  1. Open your account through our link. Create your NAGA account with your email and country of residence.
  2. Complete the verification. NAGA only credits free shares after you finish its identity checks and onboarding.
  3. Check that you have a Real Share account. If you don’t see one, ask NAGA’s support to open it ([email protected] in the EU and [email protected] elsewhere).
  4. Enter the promo code if you want the Autumn offer. Pick the code for your deposit level before you deposit. Your First Share doesn’t need a code.
  5. Deposit into the Real Share account. Make sure the amount reaches the minimum for your offer.
  6. Wait for your shares. NAGA credits them within three business days once all the conditions are met.

You can refuse the free share within 24 hours of receiving it by contacting NAGA’s support. If you do, you won’t get a replacement.

What does a NAGA Real Share account cost?

The free share is only part of the picture, since these are the costs you face if you keep using the account:

  • Trading fee: €1 per executed order on stocks, or the equivalent in your account currency. Buying and later selling a share costs €2 in total.
  • Currency conversion: a fee of up to 2.5% on EUR and USD can apply when your account currency differs from the currency of the share.
  • Withdrawals: NAGA charges no withdrawal fee in the EU. Outside the EU, the minimum withdrawal is $10 and NAGA reserves the right to charge $25. Your bank or payment provider may also charge a fee.
  • Inactivity (EU): €20 per month once an account goes six months without an order.

Sources: NAGA Costs and Charges policies for the EU and outside the EU. Third-party costs and taxes may apply.

In the EU, the inactivity fee matters most if you only open the account for the free share. An account left untouched can lose the value of that share in a few months, so sell the share and withdraw, or keep investing.

Where is the NAGA free share available?

  • European Union and EEA: available through NAGA Markets Europe Ltd, except in Belgium, France and Spain.
  • Outside the EU: Your First Share is available through NAGA Capital Ltd in the countries it serves.
  • Not available: the UK, the US, Canada, New Zealand, Iran and Korea, among other countries.
  • Other entities: clients in the UAE and South Africa are served by separate NAGA companies with their own terms, which this page doesn’t cover.

Is NAGA regulated?

Yes. Your protection depends on the company that opens your account, so check which one appears in your client agreement:

Company Regulator Clients Investor protection
NAGA Markets Europe Ltd Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), licence 204/13 EEA Up to €20,000 under the Investor Compensation Fund
NAGA Capital Ltd Financial Services Authority of Seychelles (FSA), licence SD026 Outside the EU and UAE None listed

Sources: NAGA legal documentation for the EU and outside the EU and the Investor Compensation Fund notice. Checked in November 2026.

Both companies belong to The NAGA Group AG, which is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Other free share promotions

Before you deposit, compare this with the other offers in your country. Our Broker Bonus tool filters sign-up bonuses by country, and our guide to free shares in Europe covers the main brokers.

Bottom line

Is the NAGA free share worth it? If you already want a NAGA account, yes: a $100 deposit in the EU or $50 elsewhere gets you one real share, with no trading required. Just remember that 60% of clients receive a share priced between $25 and $66 and that your deposit has to stay put for 45 days.

The Autumn codes are only worth a look if you’d keep at least $2,500 at NAGA for 60 days anyway, since you can’t move the shares to another broker. A free share is a small reason to choose a broker, so look at the fees and the investor protection that apply to you first. Our NAGA review covers both.

When investing, your capital is at risk and you may get back less than you invest. Past performance doesn’t guarantee future results. This is not investment advice. T&Cs apply.

NAGA bonus FAQs

Is there a NAGA promo code?

Yes, for the Autumn campaign in the EU: Autumn5, Autumn10, Autumn20, Autumn40, Autumn75, Autumn100 and AUTUMN500. Your First Share, On Us doesn’t need a code.

Can I get the free share if I already have a NAGA account?

Your First Share is only for first-time depositors. The Autumn campaign in the EU is open to new and existing clients, as long as you deposit the full amount for your level.

Can I choose which share I get?

No. NAGA allocates your shares at random and several free shares can come from the same company.

Can I withdraw my deposit?

You can, but withdrawing during the lock-up can cost you the free shares if you fall below the qualifying amount. Under the Autumn campaign, the withdrawal request alone is enough to cancel them.

Do I have to trade to keep the free share?

No. Neither campaign has a trading requirement. However, under the Autumn campaign, not logging in for three consecutive months can disqualify you.

Can I combine Your First Share with the Autumn campaign?

The terms don’t say that you can. They treat using several promotions in a coordinated sequence as a possible sign of abuse, so ask NAGA’s support before you try.

Is NAGA available in the UK?

No. NAGA doesn’t accept UK clients at the moment.

Will my free share be subject to tax?

You are responsible for any tax on the free shares. Your tax advisor should tell you how they are taxed where you live.
